St. Sebastian's School is an all-boys Catholic private day school for young men in grades seven through twelve in Needham, MA near Boston. With an average class size of 11 and a student/faculty ratio of 7:1, St. Sebastian's offers a program of academic rigor and spiritual depth with excellence in the arts and athletics. We place a strong emphasis on verbal skills development, giving students ample opportunity to write and speak. Through a classical and focused curriculum, St. Sebastian’s fosters a lifelong love of learning in our students. Small classes and devoted faculty provide the structure and support each student needs to succeed in this intellectually challenging environment, preparing young men for college and beyond.
After graduating from Princeton University and receiving a master's degree from Wesleyan University, Brendan joined the St. Sebastian’s faculty in 1994, serving the School as a beloved and well-respected teacher, coach, and Athletic Director. In 2006, he transitioned into the Dean of Students role, following in the footsteps of the legendary Morris Kittler. Brendan and his wife, Rebecca, have three children – Eliza, a rising junior at the College of the Holy Cross, Joseph ’25, and Patrick ’29, who will join his brother as an Arrow this fall.

Greg’s passion for independent schools comes in part from his upbringing. The son of career educators, he was inspired at an early age to major in English at Colgate University. Since joining St. Sebastian’s as an English teacher in 1999, he has gone on to earn an M.A. in English from Middlebury College before taking on the role of Director of Admissions and Financial Aid in 2009. During his time at St. Sebastian’s he has also served as a coach for the soccer, wrestling, and baseball teams.
